What being online can do for your business, and how to do it.


It's not natural!
It's not something you can touch, or taste, or feel with your hand. "Being online" is hard for us humans to relate to because it's not remotely human from the outset. It's that very disconnect from our everyday life that puts a lot of people off.
However, as has been made painfully clear since Covid arrived, if you're not online you aren't going to do a lot of business.
Being there, and being seen
To be honest, though, being online doesn't automatically mean you get loads of business either. You need to work at it (we'll explain how). Even we took our eye off this particular ball recently and realised our online effectiveness had been allowed to slump because we were so busy helping others!
Here, we'll outline the lessons we've learned over the years, both how about to do things right, and how to avoid the mistakes we (and others) have made in the past.
